Zip through the air like a witch sans broomstick with VooDoo Skyline Zipline Las Vegas

The Rio Las Vegas hotel is a heart-stopping accommodation in Las Vegas. It is known to host the newest attraction that will send you speeding into the air with nothing more than just a rope knotted between two buildings. The zipline is called the VooDoo Skyline which is set to launch in summer of 2013. The VooDoo is not creepy as it is completely scary, but if a Las Vegas thrill is what you want, then with the VooDoo, it is the thrill that you’re gonna get!

The VooDoo starts at the lounge to propel you to about 400 feet up into the air speeding up to 30 mph to take you to the Rio’s second tower, the Ipanema. In between the two towers, you should be treated to the most beautiful sights of Las Vegas, including the aerial view of The Strip.

This Vegas attraction is made possible through the collaboration and partnership of Joe Shortal, Jonathan Borchetta, and Stan Checketts of the Rio and New Captial Ventures who were also part of the legendary team that brought Six Flags and Disney amusement rides. If you’re heading to Las Vegas anyway, why not come and enjoy the exhilarating VooDoo ride where adrenaline is the name of the game!

Nobu Hotel Caesars Palace Star-Studded Grand Opening

Last April 28, Nobu Hotel had their grand opening with its ornate stalls bursting with bright stars; Hollywood’s best and brightest stars, that is! All the glitz and the glamor were concentrated at the magical and uber-sleek Caesars Palace.

The Nobu Hotel Caesars Palace is one of Las Vegas’ most unique boutique hotel that’s within a hotel, all because of the collaboration between two biggest brands in the hotel industry, Nobu Hospitality made up with Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, Robert de Niro, Meir Teper, Trevor Horwel, and Struan McKenzie; and Caesars Palace.

This hotel features a total of 181 rooms, including 18 special suites. It has the legendary Nobu Restaurant, managed by the man himself, Chef Matsuhisa, and hotel guests of the Nobu Hotel can order 24/7 their favorite dishes like Yuzu soba, Eggs Matsuhisa, Sashimi Tacos and even the signature Nobu Bento Boxes.

The grand opening of Nobu Hotel was such a big event, and big events such as that would never be complete without a party and a poolside concert, attended by Vegas performers and Hollywood celebrities. Now that Nobu Hotel is now officially launched, the recent list on CNN Travel now lists Nobu Hotel Caesars Palace topping the “Hottest New Hotels of 2013” which is a feat in itself.

Play Blackjack with a Splash at Caesar’s Palace Las Vegas

The Caesar’s Palace is by far one of the most iconic Las Vegas landmarks, and it’s not just because of its imposing structure or its brilliant lights at night, but because of its luxurious amenities that are a cut above any other amenities you can find in other Las Vegas hotels.

It is a universal knowledge that Caesar’s Palace houses the five legendary Roman pools named after different gods and goddesses or a name related to or close to mythology. But there’s an even more interesting twist to that. Incorporating a most interesting feature of their casino game, the Blackjack card game, gives Caesar’s Palace’s The Fortuna Pool its glory and fame. From the name Fortuna, you can deduce that there’s a lot of luck required here, and so it should, considering that this pool offers its guest their “swim-up blackjack” where guests can play with others a hand of blackjack while lounging at the clear waters of their pool.

Gamblers who like to pass their time doing what they love best yet get to relax and bask in the loveliness of a Caesar’s Palace poolside. If you’re an avid blackjack fan and you’d like to try your luck, The Fortuna Pool is a great place to socialize, relax, and start getting your game on!

The Quad Las Vegas: The Hotel Casino that Magic Built

The Quad was built on the legendary Las Vegas magic that enabled builders to establish it in almost a blink of an eye. Now, the Quad is crowded to the maximum with curious guests and supporters with a drink on their hand from the Catalyst Bar and Q Wine & Spirits, with that twinkle in their eyes to try out the all-new Casino Area.

If you’re looking hitting The Quad, it is nearby Carnaval Court of Harrah’s Casino Hotel. The now defunct O’Sheas is where the casino is located, so it is a familiar place for those who know O’Sheas before. What makes The Quad surpass all other casino hotels is the Catalyst Bar that promises to be the “It Place” for all Las Vegas happenings and the city’s ever-popular nightlife scene.

Keith Burns, The Quad Hotel Director, is one of the major fairy god mothers in this supposed overnight magical transformation. He and the many movers and shakers of The Quad has completely mapped out everything that needed to be filled in, built and stocked. Even for the Q Wine and Spirits store, they have planned something along the line of a complete and thorough stocking of all the best wines and the finest spirits that is unparalleled in the city.

Taking things Above and Beyond: Stratosphere Tower Hotel Las Vegas

The imposing thousand-feet tower is one of the most well-known and iconic landmarks of Las Vegas, and more importantly, is a stunning hotel that provides accommodation and entertainment unlike any other hotels in the city.

What sets Stratosphere Tower above its competition is its pristine yet cutting-edge rooms that has luxury bedding items, including comfortable and clean sheets, soft duvets and lounge chairs and down pillows that ensures you of a good’s nights sleep. Though a lot of hotels in Las Vegas have their own little things that aims to make customers feel great about their stay, nothing beats Stratosphere’s features, including 40-inch flat LED TVs, granite counter tops, in-room safety deposit boxes, and little conveniences like MP3 alarm clocks, modern bathroom fixtures and living room decors.

More than that, the Stratosphere offers its customers a more exciting face of Las Vegas vacation with the X-Scream, a giant ride that plummets riders over the edge of the Stratosphere and back, and that’s just one of its popular rides, not mentioning here SkyJump, Bigshot plus many more. Sounds equal parts terrifying and exhilarating, doesn’t it? But if you’re more into the less dangerous yet equally fascinating casino games, the 80,000 square foot floor area casino should sate your need for poker machines, card games, table top games and the like.

Fantastic Tours in the Valley of Death

Does going on a day tour at the Death Valley a.k.a Land of Extremes sound appealing to you? Well it should! Your Las Vegas experience wouldn’t be complete without a tour at the outskirts of it. More than its threatening name, going to Death Valley is one of the most awesome tours you will ever take, as Death Valley has long been famed for its astounding rock formations and the tough flora and fauna that inhabits it.

The Mojave Desert is home to Death Valley, the lowest elevation in this side of America, and it is one of the most curious areas in the world. With virtually little to no signs of civilization for a couple of hundreds of miles, it would be pretty terrifying to get stuck out there without food or water, but when you are on a tour from Las Vegas to Death Valley with a great tourguide, a fast jeep to ride on, and lots of complimentary food and drinks to take with you, you’ll have a fantastic time.

For about US$200-250, depending on which tour company you’ll employ to take you there, you can see for yourself the beauty despite the harshness of nature and the ravages of remote silence.
